1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a personal consultation to discuss your vision for the portrait. During this stage, we determine the price, portrait size, wardrobe, and background details to ensure the final artwork reflects your expectations.
2. Scheduling the Photo Shoot
A date for the photo session is scheduled. At this time,
a 40% deposit is required to secure your commission.
3. Photo Selection
After the photo shoot, a contact sheet is emailed to you. You will select three preferred images, from which one final reference photo will be chosen for the painting.
4. Concept & Approval
Next, you will receive three rough drafts showing the subject and background. Once you approve your favorite sketch, the painting process begins.
5. Painting Process & Updates
As the portrait progresses, photos documenting each major stage of completion will be emailed to you, allowing you to follow the creative journey from start to finish.
6. Completion & Delivery
Once the portrait is finished and approved, the remaining balance is due upon delivery.
